Oh, you heard me.

I use the inhaler pictured above, as do millions of other Americans.  Over 50 million prescriptions for albuterol inhalers are issued every year, making it the seventh most prescribed medication in the country.

Thanks to the environmentalist extremists, people with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) get to pay more, and in some cases double, for their inhalers.  Why?  It seems that albuterol and other medical inhalers are a GIANT threat to the ozone layer, because they have ‘gasp’ CFCs in their propellant!  So, thanks to the 1987 Montreal Protocol On Substances That Deplete The Ozone Layer, our inhalers are about to be banned. They have to be so that they can be replaced by “green” inhalers!  Thanks very much environazis!

Oh, so what?  The new ones work just as well……or do they?  Some users say they don’t.  But who cares?  It’s for environment!

Oh, and I did mention they cost more?  How about double in some cases?  That’s what happened to me.  And I’m not the only one.  And they’re not done.  They plan on doing the same thing for lots of other inhalers too.

And you know what?  Greenies could care less.  They don’t care if they don’t work as well.  They don’t care if they cost more.  They don’t even care if banning them does NOT make a difference!  How do I know?  Only because they said so!

These are the same scum who brought us the DDT ban, which is great for the mosquito (”the environment”) but not so great if you live in Africa and don’t like dying a slow death from mosquito-borne illness.  Now they put the health and welfare of millions of Americans at risk with this newest stupidity.

Did you know that originally, the inhalers were exempt from the CFC ban?  The Clinton administration gave that away.  And did you also know that Jesus Hussein Obama, aka Obama The Most Merciful, is appointing the same Clinton officials who did that to the same or higher positions in His administration?  If you like breathing, and you need medical help to do it, puff ‘em while ya got ‘em!

The same people who scream about drug prices just made them go up, and for people who really can’t do without them.  Don’t blame the drug companies; YOU people did this, Mr. and Mrs. “For The Planet!”  By the way, these same geniuses are saying we should blame our health insurance for higher copays on the new inhalers.  EXCUSE ME?  The Greenshirts of the Earthnazi movement cause the cost of drugs to rise and the private companies, who had ZERO to do with it, should have to pay the cost?  If it’s so important, and you believe in the cause so much, why don’t you get all your green buddies together and raise a fund to help pay the extra cost?

I’ll tell you why.  First and foremost a liberal is SELFISH.  They care about what they care about, and they DO NOT care who suffers for it.  They’re NOT going to whip out their own wallets if they can make someone else do it instead.  Second, it’s only people suffering.  If spotted owls needed ozone we’d all be pouring CFCs on our cereal, as it would’ve been mandated that every person in America generate ozone to save the owls.

But since it’s only humans they couldn’t care less.
